Zamio — Webhook Setup

Connect your Zammad instance to receive push notifications.

You will use this same token as the "Signature token" when creating the webhook in Zammad.

Status: pending verification. The server will be confirmed automatically when the first webhook arrives with a valid HMAC signature from Zammad.
Next steps in Zammad:
  1. Go to Manage → Webhook
  2. Create a new webhook
  3. Paste the URL above as the Endpoint
  4. Set the Signature token to the same secret you entered above
  5. Create a Trigger that fires this webhook on ticket changes
  6. Done! The first webhook will verify and activate your server.
